Twin Seam Ductformer KA 3000
Produce all straight ducts automatically. Duct length from 300 to 3000 mm.
The Twin Seam KA 3000 is an extention to the KA 1500 line. The ducts are made crosswise to the 1500 line.
The duct length is cut on the 1500 machine and moved crossways to the 3m profiling unit. Afterwards the machine bends and cuts.
The machine produces flat plates, L ,U and full boxes.
The Twin Seam KA 3000 consists of following units.
Transfer Table with rollers
Profiling unit
Transport table and scrap handling system
